All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Our notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or interpret documents for you. If you have legal questions, please consult with a licensed attorney before scheduling services.
3. Appointment Policy
Clients are responsible for ensuring all parties are present with:
Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
All required documents fully completed (but unsigned)
Witnesses, if applicable
We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit/debit card, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal. No personal checks accepted.
**All bookings are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.**
5. Mobile/Remote Services
Travel fees apply to mobile notary appointments and vary based on distance. For remote online notarizations (RON), you must have a reliable internet connection and a working camera/microphone setup.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and service notifications. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out.
7. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including delays, document rejections, or any incidental or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, strategies, and systems shared through our platforms are proprietary and protected. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken if this policy is violated.
10. Changes to Terms
